Willemstad Netherlands Antilles; My Kind of Town
I lived in Willemstad for two years. It has everything – sun, beach, music, art, colour – in a laid-back environment. There aren't that many tourists and the local culture is a fantastic mix of Dutch, Spanish and Papiamento.
