Hotel Review

Designed as a traditional Cretan village, complete with its own village square and clock tower, this popular family resort near both Agios Nikolaos and Elounda and their restaurants and shops is particularly attractive. The apartments and suites are within two-storey buildings with pretty yellow, blue, ochre and pink pastel-tinted lime exteriors. Some rooms have traditional furniture, while recently revamped ones have a great contemporary look with designer touches like metal shower doors and sleek basins. All include self-catering facilities such as a hob and/or microwave. There’s a charming a la carte Greek taverna and a bigger buffet restaurant with lots of choice. Garden areas are peppered with palm and fruit trees and facilities include two pools, watersports, a pine-fringed beach, a kids’ club, a small gym, a spa and tennis, basketball and volleyball.
