“A luxury stay offering cutting edge design and a wellness philosophy. Expect to leave here fitter than you arrived. Fitness plans are personalised and the spa is framed around recuperation. Meanwhile, minimalist rooms offer plenty of comfort. Dine (healthily) at the chic restaurant. A unique stay.”

Hotel review

Elite and hyper-futuristic near Hudson Yards, this "wellbeing hotel, not a wellness hotel" redefines luxury through high-performance living. Rooms come with a complimentary yoga mat, blocks, roller, on-TV workouts, plus an iPad controlling nearly everything. Multi-modal showers invite hot/cold therapy (for the brave). Dynamic dining spaces champion fresh, seasonal, market-driven menus - discipline and decadence, modern American cuisine that's surprisingly unrestrictive. The reinvented RoomBar (mini bar) stocks 80+ products from snacks to supplements, via intimate wellness items. A recovery-focused spa offers cryo chambers, wave tables, infrared saunas, and techno therapy. A stunning wrap-around terrace with Hudson and Jersey views hosts a saltwater cold plunge, pool and jacuzzi - winter swaps sunloungers for sauna barrels. The gym is, naturally, world-class.

The sleep innovation deserves special mention. Sleep lab rooms launched summer 2025, going far beyond special mattress toppers - filtered air, climate-controlled at optimal 66 degrees, plus two duvets, Nordic-style. When it’s time to raise the blackout blinds, beds gently vibrate guests awake. In-room iPads include a "Dark, Quiet, Cool" button, plus sleep meditation cards. A proper game-changer reflecting the wellness tourism boom - with pricing to match the ambition!
