“A boutique hotel in the trendy Palermo Hollywood area. Chic rooms feature chandeliers, black and white photography, parquet flooring and contemporary bathrooms. Dine in the hip restaurant, Mooi before hitting the lively bars in the neighbourhood. An excellent base for exploring the city.”

Hotel Clásico
This is a funky boutique hotel owned and designed by Adolfo Suaya – an Argentine entrepreneur who has spent much of his life in the US – on the edge of Palermo’s lively gastronomic district. It’s not a luxury or uniquely stylish option, but does stand out for value for money.

Purpose-built from the ground up, the hotel is assembled inside from salvaged features such as chandeliers, oak parquet floors and wrought-iron door frames
