Between members’ club and serviced apartment, this is a design-forward stay spread across eleven transformed Victorian townhouses. Compact but well-planned ‘Club Flats’ have a lounge, bedroom, shower room and kitchenette. Enter via the living space rather than the bedroom, to feel at home staying night, a month or longer.
Snug King Bedrooms, larger Club Flats and split-level Mezzes have apartment-style layouts, ample storage and fully equipped kitchenettes. Interiors are smart: dark teal, deep green or burgundy tones, tweed fabrics, parquet floors and botanical prints. Shared spaces have a clubby energy and loud, playful flourishes - fuzzy wallpaper, brass flamingos!
A revamped wellness offering includes reiki and aromatherapy, while the small indoor pool and sauna shine on rainy London afternoons. Service is largely app-based (not always intuitive) and staffing can feel stretched when busy, but snacks and cocktails at The Owl & Monkey are reliable.
Location is the ace card: moments from the Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park and Knightsbridge. Exclusive-feeling, apartment-style living.
