About San Antonio
Thirty-two million people a year visit the city of San Antonio in Texas, drawn by both its evocative history, and contemporary culture. The best places to stay in San Antonio are mostly situated within easy reach of the pedestrianised River Walk. Shaded by trees, River Walk runs through the city, along the San Antonio River. It links museums, galleries, parks and open spaces, cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping. The walk is pedestrianised but many hotels have their own parking or can recommend a parking garage nearby.
