Hotel Review

There’s more to this hotel than meets the eye: while it is modern, sophisticated and one of few hotels on the island that has made the effort to keep up with the contemporary design details of other leading European hotels, it is the six individual concept suites that are unique. Whether it’s the designer 'Music' suite (soundproofed!) with drum kit, rock star decor and state-of-the-art sound system or the lavish 'View' suite with its elegant furnishings and stunning 180° panorama of Sliema and the Grand Harbour, this delightful hotel with its luxurious spa facilities and pools makes for a very effortless stay. For those whose pockets are not quite so deep there's a good range of accommodation on offer from the budget friendly Comfort rooms (internal atrium views, but still all the five star trappings) to Junior suites overlooking Valletta harbour.

There's plenty of choice too when it comes to dining at The Palace. From the buffet style Tabloid restaurant, to TemptAsian a fusion restaurant on the ninth floor with fantastic city views, not forgetting the cool Lounge 360 pool deck, where as well as cocktails you can enjoy a tasty plate of sushi or sharing platters.

The Palace ticks many boxes if you're looking for a luxury Malta stay: great rooms, choice of food venues and fabulous rooftop infinity pool, but it's also ideal for those wanting to venture further afield - you're right in the heart of Malta's best nightlife and Sliema is a charming town to explore by day. Put simply this is a top Malta choice where you can enjoy all the 5 star features, but not pay through the nose if you don't want to!
