Set foot in Battersea’s new Art‘Otel and you’ll immediately tell how the place got its name. From its colourful lobby all the way up to the rooftop, the place is pure fun, funky and fresh with all the whacky artworks and statement walls to match.

The bedrooms are friendly spaces, and easy to relax into, helped by the feature cobalt-blue wardrobes, quirky spectacle-mirrors above beds and well-chosen furniture pieces that add playful colour pops. From the 10thfloor up, they also come with twinkly skyline views over Battersea Park and beyond. Bathrooms are generously designed (and stocked), with a contemporary feel and the blue theme continues.

In contrast to the vibrant bedrooms and lobby, restaurant Joia, spread across the top three floors, is a Hollywood-hued haven with pastel pink walls, plush seating, and giant floor-to-ceiling windows. The rooftop bar buzzes with hip Londoners drinking cocktails and soaking up that oh-so-impressive view of the Power Station itself. Don’t be shy to make use of the rooftop pool either – it’s heated all year round!
