The on-site restaurant, awarded a Michelin Green Star for its sustainable focus, draws on estate-grown produce, including black pork and Alentejano beef, all paired with the property’s award-winning wines. 

Of course, guests are encouraged to take advantage of the property’s space through a daily raft of activities. These are as varied as horseback riding, beekeeping, hot-air ballooning, off-road driving excursions, fishing, visits to the cattle pastures, and vineyard picnics.
