About Victoria, BC

Perched on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria BC is the perfect mix of historic charm and coastal beauty, with ocean views and a lively cultural scene. Hotels here fit every style: heritage gems and boutique escapes by the Inner Harbour, family-friendly bases in laid-back James Bay, and chic design stays tucked into artsy Fernwood. Want everything on your doorstep? Stay central for buzzing cafes, cycle paths, and unbeatable access to whale-watching tours and waterfront sights.

Stroll through downtown’s heritage streets and Canada’s oldest Chinatown, alive with colour and great food, then wander to the Inner Harbour, where boats, patios, and street performers set the scene. Just next door, James Bay is packed with highlights like the Parliament Buildings, Royal BC Museum, Beacon Hill Park, and Fisherman’s Wharf—where you might even spot a seal or two. Each neighbourhood has its own flavour, from Oak Bay’s boutique shops and seaside walks to Rockland’s grand mansions and Craigdarroch Castle. Outdoor lovers head west to the trails and beaches of the West Shore, while Burnside Gorge offers a more local, budget-friendly experience.
