Rosie’s love for travel began at just 11 years old, when she set off on a six-week “world trip” with her family. Journeying through India and Kenya by bus and train, she was captivated by the places and people she encountered along the way. During university, Rosie spent a year living in Sydney, exploring everything from the Great Barrier Reef to the remote Pacific island nation of Vanuatu. Later, she embarked on a six-month solo adventure across South America. One of her most memorable experiences was travelling from Brazil to Colombia by boat - a two-day journey through the Amazon with no phone, little Portuguese, and non-stop card games with locals on board. Now back in London, Rosie continues to explore the world through its cuisines found along the Uxbridge Road!
