On Cornwall's south coast there are sparkling seas, hidden coves, tropical gardens, working ports and charming harbour towns. Our favourite hotels are either dramatically sited on the coast or lost in countryside, many of them reflecting the region’s chic image, spearheaded by Olga Polizzi’s Tresanton Hotel, while still providing endless summer fun for families; others are cosy old favourites. The order by which the hotels are listed bears no reflection on our preference.
